LEAP 2025 marked an important milestone for The Tahaluf Academy with the successful completion of the Tahaluf Events Training Experience. This first-of-its-kind initiative immersed aspiring Saudi event professionals in the Tahaluf way: hands-on and right in the middle of the action. In collaboration with International T and H College Riyadh, we welcomed eight talented trainees to our technology team during LEAP 2025, focusing on elevating the exhibitor experience through the LEAP App. Under the expert guidance of Annas Shah (PMP, ITIL) (Tahaluf Head of Technology) and Zvonimir Petrović (Tahaluf Digital Operations Manager), the trainees developed practical skills in app management, exhibitor engagement, and on-site technical support. Their dedication and hard work paid off, achieving a 97% app utilisation rate among exhibitors and setting a new benchmark for our events. Thank you to our dedicated trainees and International T and H College Riyadh for making this possible.
