Last week, our Innovation Labs teams got a serious reality check at the Bootcamp hosted by Orange Romania! Through interactive feedback and 1:1 mentoring, they refined their ideas, tackled tough questions, and got closer to turning their vision into real products. March was the month when the pressure rises and true founders shine — and we’re loving the energy! Next stop: BoostDays in mid-April, where teams will show us just how far they’ve come. 🏆 We did it! Innovation Labs has been awarded “Education Program of the Year” at Gala ANIS 2025! This recognition belongs to the 500+ incredible people who make this program happen every year—organizers, ambassadors, mentors, partners, and, of course, our amazing teams. In 2024, we introduced a custom-built product development curriculum, designed specifically for early-stage startups. With exclusive sessions, hands-on mentoring, and tailored resources, we’re ensuring first-time founders get the best possible start. A huge thank you to Flavia Husar, Chief Innovation Officer, and Ana-Maria Spătaru, Head of Process Excellence, for shaping this curriculum.
