In Romania, Deutsche Telekom has set up a Shared Service Center in Bucharest & Timisoara - Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Romania (DTSE Romania), which delivers support function services such as HR, Accounting, Reporting and Finance for the whole European Deutsche Telekom footprint since July 2013.
We are focused on:

We are present in 4 countries (Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Romania) and 10 cities (Cologne, Darmstadt, Hamburg, Leipzig, Nuremberg, Bratislava, Kosice, Brno, Bucharest and Timisoara).

Building a Stronger Future: DTSE’s Change Facilitators Graduate ✨ Lately we celebrated the closing event of the Change Facilitator Training Program, where DTSE Change Facilitators from #Germany, #Slovakia, #CzechRepublic, #Romania, and #India received their certificates. The event was made even more special by the board’s participation in handing out the certificates and celebrating the achievements of the newly trained facilitators. The program brought together participants from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering an environment of learning, #collaboration, and creativity. We thank everyone for their enthusiasm and contributions. 🔬 Looking back, the program included a retro session to reflect on the implementation of the change stream in Magenta Services. It was a time of analysis and learning, with valuable insights for future projects. 👥 #DTSE board members engaged with participants’ experiences and ideas, underscoring the importance of trained Change Facilitators in supporting DTSE’s transformation. The discussion highlighted the power of diverse perspectives in overcoming challenges. 🧭 Looking ahead, the focus shifted to future transformations, raising key questions on measuring success, resource needs, and ensuring high-quality change support. These discussions will shape the 2025 Change Concept. 🔍 What's next? We are analyzing the workshop results to integrate them into the 2025 Change Concept. 🙏🏻 A heartfelt thanks to all involved for their commitment.
