🌟 Startup Spotlight 🌟 See how our alumni Ground Control Studios scaled their innovation with the previous edition of the Vodafone Open Innovation Program! Through our program, they addressed the challenge of antenna maintenance and battery system management with its innovative solution. The pilot with Vodafone and Ericsson focused on using remote technical assistance to facilitate knowledge sharing between remote support engineers and field engineers during on-site battery expansion procedures. The intended outcomes of the pilot are improved intervention results, execution time, and quality, as well as the establishment of a knowledge base for future procedures!
