The test manager or test lead should draw a fine line between micromanagement and monitoring activities while monitoring remote test teams. We need to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process and provide feedback to either appreciation or suggest areas for improvement. All the challanges and requirements/setup for testers should be raised in the daily stand up.
