Panattoni CZ & SK has officially welcomed WITTE Automotive Czechia to Panattoni Park Ostrov South! The newly opened production facility spans 27,000 m² and will create up to 350 new jobs. Located near WITTE Automotive’s existing operations, the site will focus on the production of exterior painted handles for leading #automotive brands. The building was developed with sustainability in mind — incorporating heat pumps, solar panels, and efficient water management systems to reduce environmental impact.

Panattoni UK has acquired a new site in Milton Keynes, strategically located halfway between London and Birmingham. The site will be redeveloped following the demolition of an existing industrial unit to deliver Panattoni Milton Keynes 100 – a single 100,000 sq ft unit. The investor in the project is NEWPORT LOGISTICS FUND. This investment complements the nearby Panattoni Park Milton Keynes, which is nearing completion. It will comprise approximately 790,000 sq ft and is set to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.

We have completed the sale of Panattoni Park Tricity South II to Clarion Partners Europe for €59 million.   The transaction reflects the continued investor appetite for prime logistics assets, driven by long-term leases and the sector’s crucial role in global supply chains.   With excellent connectivity, the park is leased to LPP, a leading fashion retailer in Central and Eastern Europe.   At Panattoni, we remain focused on delivering high-quality logistics spaces that meet the evolving needs of occupiers and investors across Europe.

Panattoni Park in Gdańsk sold to Fortress! A 50,000 sqm building at Panattoni Park Tricity East V has been sold to Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited. In partnership with Fortress, we also plan to deliver another 50,000 sqm of cutting-edge logistics space at the site. This modern facility is situated in a prime location near one of Europe’s largest deepwater container ports, ensuring seamless connectivity for logistics and distribution operators. The first hall, fully leased and BREEAM Excellent-certified, is home to Regesta, which has secured 36,000 sqm of space. 🔹 What’s next?
