Everyone’s talking about the jobs AI might replace—but what about the ones it might invent? Abhijit Dubey, President & CEO at NTT DATA, Inc., believes companies will need to start hiring for the role of Chief Agent Officer. According to Dubey, Chief Agent Officers will play an essential role in thinking through how companies will begin to manage a "hybrid workforce."
