Can the use of SAP Signavio and SAP Best Practice process models really shorten the SAP S/4HANA project? Understanding and documenting business processes during an ERP introduction or migration is absolutely necessary. However, defining business processes is time-consuming. For this reason, SAP has provided best practice process models that map the standard process that SAP has thought through. These can be conveniently edited in Signavio and transferred to SAP Cloud ALM for testing. ✅ It doesn't matter whether a migration is carried out for an on-premise, private cloud, SAP RISE, or SAP GROW (public cloud) project. The selection of SAP best practices (selection of scope items) plays a central role. Approximately fifty to one hundred and fifty processes must be selected from several hundred processes. ✅ In most cases, the selection is made manually and not based on verified figures. It lasts a few weeks and usually requires consultants' support. With msg*FIT, this selection can be carried out automatically based on transactions and documents used, thus accelerating the use of Signavio. ✅ In fit-to-standard workshops, gaps or differences in company processes are recorded. This allows for quick definition of the processes. 👉 By filtering the SAP Best Practice Models with msg*FIT, SAP Signavio can be deployed more quickly.
