Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LinkedIn and Upwork platforms, leveraging these tools to generate leads, develop client relationships, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Bark and Upwork to meet and exceed growth targets. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. Proposal Writing: Create compelling and competitive proposals on Bark and Upwork that effectively communicate our value proposition. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the US health Care Industry. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics related to business development activities. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a focus on online platforms like LinkedIn Bark and Upwork. Skills: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to write persuasive and effective proposals. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
