A new feature spotted in the latest Android beta lets users block others from auto-saving photos, videos, and more—even in regular chats. It’s still in development, but this could change how we share forever.   #WhatsAppUpdate #PrivacyMatters #TechNews #AndroidBeta #DataPrivacy #MessagingApps #DigitalPrivacy #WhatsAppFeatures #OnlineSecurity

  • 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 Fresh reports of widespread cheating have emerged on the second day of the annual #matriculation (9th & 10th class) examinations across #Sindh, with shocking violations reported in Karachi, Jacobabad, #Nawabshah, and Larkana. In a major security lapse, #Karachi’s 9th-class computer science paper was leaked just 10 minutes before the exam, circulating freely on #WhatsApp groups. Despite strict bans on mobile phones in exam halls, students brazenly used smartphones to access answers, exposing the local administration’s failure to curb malpractice. #Larkana faced similar chaos as the English paper was leaked, with students openly cheating using mobile phones and modern tech. Meanwhile, in #Jacobabad, over 22,000 exam centers were set up for 11,000 students, yet unauthorized individuals freely entered exam halls despite Section 144 restrictions. In Nawabshah, the 10th-class chemistry and general science papers were sold for Rs 500 each on WhatsApp, with students again exploiting phones inside exam centers. Shockingly, #education department raiding teams were absent, while outsiders roamed freely around #exam venues in Shaheed Benazirabad. This repeat of last year’s #cheating scandals raises serious questions about Sindh’s #examination system, with authorities failing to enforce even basic anti-cheating measures. Parents and students demand immediate action, but so far, no #accountability has been taken for the rampant leaks and misconduct. Will the government step in before the credibility of Sindh’s #exams is completely destroyed?

  • 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐒 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 The Trump administration announced it is expanding its scrutiny of top-tier #universities, launching investigations into admissions practices at several of California’s most #prestigious schools. The move intensifies the administration’s broader #crackdown on alleged discrimination in #HigherEducation. US Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed that probes will target private #Stanford University, along with three leading University of California campuses—Berkeley, #UCLA, and #UCIrvine. The investigations aim to determine whether admissions policies unfairly favor certain racial or ethnic groups. “President Trump and I are committed to eliminating illegal #discrimination and ensuring merit-based #fairness nationwide,” Bondi stated. “Students should be evaluated on their abilities, effort, and character—not their race.” UC officials pushed back, clarifying that race has not factored into admissions since #California voters banned #affirmative action in 1996. A spokesperson noted that while demographic data is collected for statistical analysis, it is “not shared with #admissions reviewers.” Stanford University also defended its policies, saying it adjusted its admissions process after the Supreme Court struck down race-conscious affirmative action in 2023. The investigations come as elite universities face mounting pressure from #conservatives, who argue that diversity-focused policies disadvantage qualified applicants. The #Trump administration has recently taken aggressive steps against institutions it accuses of fostering bias, including slashing $400 million in funding from Columbia University over claims it failed to protect Jewish students during pro-Palestinian #protests. Critics allege these actions are part of a wider effort to suppress dissent on campuses and rein in left-leaning #academia. Meanwhile, several students across the country now face deportation, fueling accusations of a politically motivated campaign against university #activism.

According to 24NewsHD TV channel, hundreds of applications poured in on the very first day following the announcement. Sources revealed that the flood of requests began within hours, as teachers seized the #opportunity to apply for preferred #postings. The revised transfer policy allows movements strictly under defined categories: promotions, mutual transfers, disposals, and #administrative adjustments. Educators now have until April 13 to submit their applications. Authorities have stated that final #transfer orders will be issued after April 30, providing sufficient time for #review and processing. The decision is being welcomed as a step toward improving #staffing efficiency and meeting long-standing demands of #SchoolTeachers, many of whom have been awaiting the chance to #relocate for personal or professional reasons. Officials expect the new policy to bring balance to #teacher distribution in government schools across #Punjab, while also enhancing morale among #teaching staff. #GovtOfPunjab
