Actively participate in hands-on development tasks initially, transitioning to managerial oversight as the team grows, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the team, other departments, and business stakeholders, representing the team in technical and project-related discussions.
Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, manage technical debt, and align team efforts with organizational goals and architectural standards.
Collaborate with a diverse, global team to optimize processes, drive continuous improvements, and oversee the software development lifecycle, including architecture alignment, system integration tasks, implementation, and issue resolution.
Mentor team members to enhance their technical expertise and soft skills, establish and enforce coding/operational standards, and monitor project progress through tools like Architecture Decision Logs.

Understanding of Azure Event Hub messaging or similar message broker systems.
Proven track record in leading development teams, setting technical direction, and managing technical debt.
Hands-on experience with software architecture principles, proof-of-concept (POC) development, and establishing coding standards.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools (e.g., JIRA), and roadmap planning/KPI tracking.
Nice-to-have: Experience with Sitecore (XP, XM Cloud, JSS), Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); prior involvement in team administrative tasks (e.g., interviews, 1-on-1s).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Over 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably with .NET/C# across the full development lifecycle.
Familiarity with the fundamentals of Azure DevOps, CI/CD workflows, or container solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes would be a strong advantage.
