System Analyst

To provide technical skills in documenting policies and procedures, detailed requirements analysis, document processes and recommend solutions. To assist and support in the user acceptance testing and implementation/execution of new projects. To align with the Company’s mission and vision in providing constant innovation to meet business requirements within the limits of management objectives and goals.

Job Description:

• Initiate requirement gathering sessions with business users to formulate and document business requirements
• Draft policies and guidelines for Systems
• Provide users with appropriate support and advice
• Gather and prepare project requirements with timetable
• Release approved documentation of the new/updated process
• Ensure completeness of information needed relevant to the requisition for departmental equipment, forms, tangible accountabilities prior endorsement to his immediate superior
• Provide administrative support related to the department’s target
• Provide recommendations in line with new initiatives and innovations
• Assist in the implementation of innovations in coordination with Technology, Process and Systems Division

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year work experience as a Systems Analyst
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or any related field
• Collaborative, communicative, and creative with strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in SharePoint
