What is the Role All About?

• Responsible in reviewing current IT systems, including hardware, software, and network features, to identify issues and areas for improvement.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Experience in application support. Knowledge in SQL and Business Analysis

Major Responsibility Areas

• Assist in identifying business automation needs and assessing their impact on current processes.
• Help capture, document, and communicate business and functional requirements.
• Support the team in determining solutions to business problems and ensuring they meet requirements.
• Provide basic support in managing application systems to meet business needs.
• Assist in analyzing and resolving system issues and coordinating usage among users.
• Support reviews of business processes to identify potential system enhancements.
• Contribute to presenting and delivering information effectively to system users.
• Participate in various phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Provide support for testing, deployment, and maintenance of application systems
