We are looking for Jr. Solutions Developer to join our team and help us build innovative and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both the front-end and back-end of web development, as well as experience with a variety of technologies and languages.

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

• Work with end-users, product managers, and designers to gather requirements and design pilot or proof-of-concept applications.
• Develop pilot / proof-of-concept user interface (UI) using HTML, CSS, front-end frameworks, or Python front-end libraries like Streamlit or Gradio
• Develop the back-end logic using Python (preferred), or C#
• Apply different technology such as Generative AI and workflow automation, as needed to develop a solution proof-of-concept
• Integrate with back-end databases, when needed
• Test and debug applications
• Deploy applications to production
  
  

WHO ARE YOU?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 1-2 years of coding experience
• Good grasp of HTML, CSS, and a back-end language such as Java, Python, or C#
• AI / Gen AI modeling / fine-tuning experience a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Willing to experiment and able to think out-of-the-box to deliver solutions
• Enjoys building apps
• Fast learner with a willingness to expand knowledge on different technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
