Recommends effective employee development and culture-building initiatives to foster a positive work environment and ensure that the organization’s strategic goals are met.

• Program design, delivery, and evaluation for interventions on leadership, engagement, culture, mentorship, performance frameworks, etc.
• Organizational needs analysis
• Communication and facilitation abilities​
• Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development
