About the role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build our Plastic Credits platform for both the demand and supply side of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the web applications of PCX, both user-facing and internal admin portals.
• Comply with the official design and design system of the Product and Technology Team.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using TypeScript and NestJS
• Build and optimize database schemas with Prisma for data management
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable code, and perform code reviews for team quality assurance
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the business requirements.

Professional Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven 5 years experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with expertise in TypeScript
• Proficiency in NestJS for backend development and Next.js for frontend
• Hands-on experience with Prisma or similar ORM for database interactions
• Familiarity with internal tool-building platforms for creating custom admin panels and dashboards (e.g., Retool or similar).
• Experience with cloud hosting and deployment services for managing scalable applications (e.g., Render, AWS, or similar).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and best practices in deployment automation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
