Engineering & Senior Service Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee all after-sales activities of the Engineering Department, including planning and coordination.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Prepare parts sales forecasts and negotiate service contracts.

Manage credit and collection activities, ensuring timely payment of accounts receivable.

Recruit, assign, and manage engineering personnel to meet customer service demands.

Qualifications

Engineering graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer.

At least 10 years of managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management.

Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry, and air-conditioning equipment.

Experience in after-sales service, parts sales, target management, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management.

Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.

High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Salary

Php 60,000 - 120,000
