DATA ANALYST

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong coding skills in Python and SQL, excellent Excel proficiency, and the ability to build and interpret data visualizations. A background in credit riskparticularly within Fintechis a strong plus. This role will primarily support the Fintech team by processing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets with precision, and effectively communicating findings to the rest of the business. Responsibilities include building and maintaining automated/live visualizations and conducting ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights for the Fintech team.
• Develop and maintain automated/live data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Write efficient and scalable SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Utilize Python for data processing, analysis, and automation.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to address business questions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with various teams to support risk modeling, portfolio monitoring, and fraud detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and the ability to create meaningful visual reports.
• Ability to process and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience working with credit risk models, fraud detection, or financial data (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with Fintech products and risk assessment strategies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
