Requirements

To perform this role, we are seeking an experienced developer with most of the following experience. To be successful in this role, we need most of the skills and experience listed below (listed in order of importance). We also seek smart, switched on people, with the right attitude and values, who will fit into our awesome team. You will need:

• Great communications skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to marshal and articulate your thoughts
• Proven abilities working within SQL Server to develop, enhance and maintain Stored Procedures, functions, views etc
• Deep exposure to development using C# coupled with a history in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Strong comprehension of business needs and requirements and the ability to see how these translate in functionality and code
• Experience working within MS Visual Studio, particularly for .Net development
• Some exposure to a Git based code repository
• Any experience with the Entity framework or 3rd party controls like SyncFusion will be very positively viewed
• Experience with other coding languages will also give you an edge
  
  

Qualifications:

• Several years of extensive experience performing as a C# and SQL Server developer
• Outstanding spoken communication skills, with the confidence to convey your point of view

• Experience working in multi-client, outsourced or professional services environment will be a plus
• For applicants in NCR, willing to work 2 days per week in our Ortigas or Alabung offices
  
  

Duties:

• Works with our Australian development team to translate business requirements into working, tested code
• Contributes to the efficient and elegant design of code, functions, SPs, views and modules
• Tracks and manages changes to code, ensuring collaboration and history tracking across the project lifecycle
• Communicate progress clearly, providing the team with regular updates towards code completion
• Contributes to the design and implementation of new functionality and reporting
