Focus Area/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a team of 10-15 resources
• Client management
• SLA/KPI management
• People engagement
• Drive process improvement

Key Requirements:

• Graduate of Finance or Accounting or any related course
• Minimum of 3-5 years solid experience in Accounts Payable from a BPO or shared services environment
• With 3+ years of experience in leading a team of 10 or more resources
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
• Extremely knowledgeable in T&E Policies and Procedures
• Have led business transformation projects
• Travel & expense Audit
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong domain knowledge and expertise in SLAs/KPIs Handling Strong Stakeholders Management Skills
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC Taguig
