How do you fit in When there's hardly a mould to fit into? When I first joined TAS, Honestly, I was a little intimidated. It felt like stepping into a world where everyone was so uniquely themselves, And I wasn't sure how I'd belong. But it didn’t take long to realise that uniqueness is exactly what makes this place work. The more time I spent with the team, The more I saw how much kindness and respect lives here - Especially for people who don’t fit the mould. Now, I'm learning something new from the team every day, And now and then, I'm even able to teach them a few things too! Because at the core, we’re all trying to do the same thing: Make great work, and make it together. Even when it’s hard, there’s this shared drive to keep pushing. That’s what I appreciate most: I work with people who care, People who want to get it right, And people who remind me every day why I love being here. ~ Note from Daniel

I looked for the secret sauce, But couldn't find any. When I first joined The Attention Seeker, I thought some well-kept secrets or mystical forces were driving the work. The creative output was so sharp, so tuned in to the pulse of the social media, And the results spoke for themselves: They had viral campaigns, Big-name clients, And organic social that actually worked. But the more time I spent here, the more my eyes opened to the truth. I realised it wasn't magic or luck making things happen - it was culture. TAS is built on a mindset of constantly listening to what’s happening in the world. They're always asking: Where’s the attention? What’s changing? What are people responding to right now? It’s baked into everything, From our internal rituals like the weekly 10X, To the way we approach briefs, feedback, onboarding. The systems are alive, flexible, and grounded in real-time learning. So, yeah - there’s no secret sauce. But there's a team that's obsessed with culture, creativity, and execution - and that’s even tastier. ~ Note from Conor

Business Class for the next 17 hours Claire has sacrificed a lot as we've built this business. It's been a long 5.5 years. So, when we had the chance to celebrate my brother's wedding in Dubai it made sense to make the most of it. It's not often that Claire and I splurge out on things. Reinvesting everything back into the business to make sure it grows at the rate we want it to means that this isn't normal for us and we are losing our sh$t. But, luckily we've managed to book these tickets fully using our American Express points so as not to waste any cash flow haha. I'm gonna make the most of this time locked away on a plane, separated from society and just enjoy the experience. Thank you to my team at The Attention Seeker for being so amazing that we are able to do this. Without you guys we couldn't do this. And we are so grateful that you guys enable us to make the most of this special time with Matthew Henry and Katie Wright

"You're invited!" This was my first impression of TAS. From my very first conversation, to just last week, TAS has always invited me in. My first impression started with reaching out Jony on LinkedIn. I wanted an internship. She said she didn't need and intern, but was still willing to chat. Despite not needed an intern, Jony still offered to hear me out. She invited me in. In the chat, she ended up offering me a creative intern position, and I worked at TAS remotely from the US for 7 months. I would have long yaps with Jony about work, But also about life, banter, and my pet bear (if you know you know). This care about the individual was the best and most important impression I got from TAS: Even as a little remote intern, the team cared to include me into the office activities, culture, and get to know me. They invited me in. Once I finally made the move to New Zealand, the hospitality and kindness TAS had given me across the web continued to shine. My coworkers quickly adopted me, Helping me to find a flat, furnish it, grocery shop, and settle into a new country. They welcomed me home. Most recently, they even helped me in my run across New Zealand, rallying together to support my ambitions. They're seriously just a next-level team: Everyone here goes above and beyond to bring us all together, to care for one another, And help each other not just by showing up to at work, but as best they can, outside of it too! ~ Note from Jillian

I was dreaming about work After just my first week here. I still remember my first call with Stan after getting the Creative Strategist role at TAS. He asked me: “Are you ready for a job that will completely consume you? One you won’t be able to stop thinking about, even when you try?” I laughed across the phone and said "Of course!" - I didn't know how right he'd be. I had never been so fully immersed in something before. The pace is fast, The expectations are high, And there’s no room for hesitation. Here, it's never about getting something perfect the first time round. It’s about doing SOMETHING - period. You just have to fix things as you go And if you stand still, Then you’re left behind. I was thrown into the deep end from day one. But honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way. The team made sure I was in the know from the get-go, And that immediate sense of trust and responsibility has shaped how I work. Because, more than a workplace, TAS is a mindset. Your options here are to sink or swim, And I'm loving staying afloat! ~ Note from Cearah

Starting a new job's exciting, But joining TAS... it's been something else entirely. I'm just under a month in, But already I can see how special this place is. Beyond just being content creators, They all about telling stories with purpose here. There’s a real culture of understanding the “why” behind every project, Of ensuring every video means something, And doesn't just exist to capture attention. For me as a video editor, That means I'm constantly being pushed to experiment And break through creative boundaries. This often means failing - sometimes, pretty hard. But here, it’s all just part of the process. The team embraces new ideas, Encourages bold choices, And fosters an environment where growth is just as important as the final product. That mindset, combined with a team that genuinely supports one another, Has been such a breath of fresh air for me. Because creativity thrives best under the right conditions - At TAS, I’ve found exactly what my creative side's needed! ~ Note from Antonio
