Example: A clinician reviewing whether an employee meets the medical criteria to operate heavy equipment safely.
Healthcare Operations
We may use and share your information to manage your employer's occupational health program, improve service quality, and contact you when necessary.
Billing and Payment
We may use and disclose your health information to bill your employer or third-party administrators for services provided.
Legal and Regulatory Disclosures
We may also disclose your health information as required or permitted by law, including:

NMS Health does not sell or rent personal health information. The information collected is used exclusively to determine fitness for duty or compliance with an employer’s occupational health or substance abuse screening program.
