🎉 We zijn verheugd aan te kondigen dat het R4 West en Oost Project de prestigieuze 'European Infrastructure Deal of the Year' heeft gewonnen bij de PFI Awards! 🏆 Deze prijs erkent de innovatieve financieringsstructuur die werd toegepast op de DBFM van de R4 Ringweg rond Gent, die 22 kruispunten herconfigureert door nieuwe bruggen en tunnels te bouwen en de veiligheid van voetgangers, fietsers en bestuurders verbetert. Het BRAVO4-consortium (BESIX, Epicofund, I4B - The Belgian Infrastructure Fund, RID PPP (Rebel & abrdn) en Stadsbader Group haalde meer dan €1 miljard aan langlopende schulden op voor dit ambitieuze PPP-project bij 12 Belgische en internationale kredietverstrekkers. The BRAVO4 consortium (BESIX Group, EPICo, I4B – The Belgian Infrastructure Fund, RID PPP (Rebel & abrdn) and Stadsbader Group raised over €1bn of long-term debt for this ambitious PPP project, syndicated among 12 Belgian and international lenders.
