About the job

We are looking for a Sales Lead who is passionate about selling, thrives on closing deals, and knows how to motivate and elevate a sales team. This role requires someone who understands that sales is a numbers game—you know that consistently growing your funnel is the key to success. Some days, that means spending six hours on calls, other days, it means sending six hours of outreach emails and taking two hours to coach and improve the team. You adapt to what the business needs to keep the pipeline full and the team performing at its best.

What you’ll be doing

  • Take ownership of outbound sales efforts, driving new business opportunities.
  • Lead by example—hit and exceed personal sales targets.
  • Proactively grow the sales funnel, understanding that outreach volume is critical to success.
  • Balance your time between active outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) and strategic improvement (coaching, tracking metrics, refining scripts, etc.).
  • Coach and mentor the sales team, improving their skills and performance.
  • Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and optimize the sales process.
  • Handle objections with confidence and train the team on effective objection handling.
  • Work closely with the growth manager to set sales goals and implement growth strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure accountability within the team.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices.

What we’re looking for

Must-Have Qualities

  • Passionate About Selling – You love the sales process and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outbound Sales Experience (2+ Years) – You have a strong background in prospecting, cold outreach, and closing deals.
  • At least a Bachelor of Applied Sciences, preferably a university degree
  • Leadership & Coaching Mindset – You know how to motivate a team, provide feedback, and help others grow.
  •  Resilient & Persistent – You embrace challenges, handle rejection well, and always find a way forward.
  • Excellent Communication & Listening Skills – You build strong relationships and understand customer psychology.
  • Goal-Oriented & Self-Driven – You take initiative, hold yourself accountable, and thrive on hitting targets.
  • Strategic Thinker – You can identify opportunities, improve sales processes, and increase efficiency.
  • Understands the Sales Funnel – You know that sales is a game of numbers, and you’re willing to put in the hours—whether it’s six hours of calls one day or six hours of emails another.
  • Team Player – You collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.


Bonus Qualities (Nice to Have)

  • Previous experience leading a sales team or mentoring junior salespeople.
  • Experience selling premium or high-ticket products.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or equivalent CRM software
  • Passion for wellness, sports, or recovery products.
