Yesterday at the Zero One Hundred Conferences in Amsterdam, Jorn de Ruijter, Head of Investor Relations and Investment Director at Main Capital Partners, participated in an engaging panel discussion on PE Deal Origination in Buyouts 👀 The discussion delved into the evolving deal landscape, touching on key topics such as the rising asset prices, the increasing competition from non-traditional investors like corporate buyers and sovereign wealth funds, and the integration of AI and big data in deal sourcing. Additionally, the panel explored the growing importance of secondary buyouts and how ESG considerations are shaping the future of deal origination strategies. Jorn de Ruijter: “Integrating Big Data and AI in deal sourcing enhances efficiency and reduces some manual work. Yet, the true value lies in the personal connections and trust we build with entrepreneurs.”

Main Capital Partners acquires SAP licensing specialist VOQUZ Labs AG We are excited to announce our investment in VOQUZ Labs AG (“VOQUZ”), a German provider of SAP license management and IT spend optimization software. The company serves private enterprises, with a comprehensive suite of specialized tools. The acquisition marks the seventh platform investment for Main’s latest fund, Main Foundation II, launched in April 2024.
