Přináší bohaté zkušenosti z oblasti digitální transformace a inovací a prozákaznického přístupu, které získal například ve společnostech RegioJet, Seznam.cz či Home Credit. Jakým směrem bude GLS pod jeho vedením směřovat? 🔹 Posílení značky a ještě lepší zákaznická zkušenost. 🔹 Další optimalizace procesů a rozvoj digitálních služeb. 🔹 Růst v dynamicky se vyvíjejícím segmentu přepravy a e-commerce.
