This is a fascinating trend, and something we see in a number of different countries and care systems at the moment. At Enovation, we focus on helping organisations in both health and social care to connect and collaborate, so they can provide the best holistic patient care. At enovation we’ve been connecting health and social care systems for over 40 years. We’ve worked across and within and between health and social care spaces, to offer solutions that consider the whole patient journey. It’s second nature to us, and so all our solutions are designed with this in mind. Imagine what we could achieve if all solutions were designed this way! I’ll share more on this in the next few weeks...
