Check out our open Position: Talent Development Director Key Areas ● Recruitment ● Onboarding and Training Events ● Team Dynamics and Conflict Management ● Social and Networking Events Strategic Tasks ● Designing the recruitment timeline in collaboration with other Branch Executives; ● Establishing candidate evaluation criteria and tailoring them to identify key project skills; ● Managing the entire recruitment process from the initial screening of all applicants to the onboarding of successful candidates; ● Communicating and collaborating with the Learning and Development Team of the Global Leadership Team on the sourcing or development of new interview case studies and training resources; ● Identifying and exploring potential training partnerships and project mentorships with the other Branch Executives; ● Scoping, organizing and hosting internal (provided by current and former Branch Executives) or external (provided by partners, training providers or mentors) training events in line with consultants' knowledge gaps and/or project needs. Operational Tasks ● Serving as the primary point of contact for all applicants during the recruitment process, managing all communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience; ● Scheduling, conducting and evaluating consultant interviews using standardized and objective criteria with selected candidates, in collaboration with other Branch Executives; ● Sending acceptance and rejection emails in a timely and professional manner; ● Assigning candidates to projects based on their own preferences and unique skill sets to optimize project outcomes, in collaboration with other Branch Executives; ● Preparing an onboarding package containing all necessary information for consultants to start their projects (including, but not limited to onboarding week and training schedules); ● Providing support throughout the onboarding process; ● Organizing and hosting informal onboarding team-building activities; ● Organizing or communicating informal and formal/networking events and actively seeking other development opportunities; ● Fostering a professional and cohesive team dynamic within the Leadership Team, as well as within the Consulting Teams; ● Serving as a confidential counselor in situations of interpersonal conflict, providing support and guidance to individuals and teams to facilitate positive conflict resolution and mitigating potential negative impacts on project outcomes; ● Ensuring successful project completion by providing additional training resources; ● Collecting post-training written feedback from the consultants and continually revising and improving existing training materials;
