Job Overview:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You will work closely with our development team to implement Agile methodologies and ensure that our processes are followed effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members, and removing obstacles to ensure the team is able to deliver high-quality software in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach Team Members: Guide team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
  • Focus on High-Value Increments: Help the team create high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Impediments removal: Identify and eliminate obstacles to the team's progress.
  • Scrum Events: Ensure all Scrum events are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
  • Support Product Goal: Assist in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
  • Clarify Product Backlog Items: Help the team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders as needed.
  • Promote Empirical Approach: Help employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Expertise: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Scaled Frameworks: Experienced with scaled frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, SAFe, LeSS, etc.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions.
  • Agile Tools and Techniques: Knowledge of Agile tools and techniques, such as story mapping, retrospectives, Kanban boards etc.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Time Zone Flexibility: Able to work across different time zones to support global teams and stakeholders.
