Position: Medical Device Materials Sales Representative


Sales Area: Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian countries.


Base Country: Malaysia


Department: AccuPath Business Development Department


Reports To: Overseas Sales Director


Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Responsible for the sales of medical device materials, achieving sales targets, and increasing the market share of the company’s products in the designated areas.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies based on market demand.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain long-term, stable business relationships with customers, including medical device manufacturers.
  • Regularly visit clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and propose solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Promotion and Market Development:

  • Promote the company's medical device materials to clients, including but not limited to disposable medical products, implant materials, and consumables.
  • Responsible for developing and expanding the regional market, discovering and tapping into potential customers.

Industry and Market Research:

  • Closely monitor market dynamics in the medical device industry, collecting and analyzing competitor product information and market trends.
  • Provide market feedback to the company to assist in product development and strategic adjustments.

Contract Negotiation and Business Management:

  • Handle customer business negotiations and contract signing, manage order processes and delivery matters.
  • Ensure timely collection of company receivables and resolve after-sales issues.

Team Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, supply chain, etc.) to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Regularly report work progress, sales performance, and market feedback to superiors.


Qualifications:


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, materials science, marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in medical device materials or related industries, with work experience in the Malaysian or Indonesian market preferred.

Language Skills:

  • Proficient in English and the local language (Malay or Indonesian), with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Skill Requirements:

  • Have a certain understanding of the production, regulations, and technical requirements of medical device materials.
  • Possess strong market analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates should have an in-depth understanding of upstream consumables in medical devices (such as disposable medical products, implant materials, and surgical instrument consumables), including their production, usage, and sales processes, as well as the characteristics, application scenarios, and material specifications of different consumables.
  • Candidates should be familiar with the certification and quality standards of consumable products (such as ISO, CE, etc.) and be able to provide compliance advice to clients to help the company meet relevant regulations.
  • Candidates need to have technical communication skills to engage in technical discussions with clients, explaining the characteristics, usage methods, and performance advantages of consumables.

Other Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to adapt to frequent travel and manage customer relationships in multiple regions.
  • Must have a driver's license and be able to visit clients in designated areas.
