We were proud to support the Regional Scrum Gathering Sri Lanka 2025 in our capacity as the Digital Enablement Partner. This engaging, three-day event brought together Agile practitioners, thought leaders and industry professionals to exchange ideas and explore the future of Agile methodologies in a fast-evolving, AI-driven landscape. As part of our engagement, several of our experts shared insights on stage. Pradja Dolewatte, Senior Manager – Delivery Excellence, presented on “Driving Growth Mindset Enabled by Gen AI Agile Delivery Co-Pilot: A Real-Life Case,” offering strategies for building Agile maturity and fostering organizational change. Pasindu Liyanage, Senior Tech Lead, spoke on “Engineering Excellence in an AI-Driven World,” exploring how to build adaptive, secure ecosystems for long-term AI adoption. Additionally, Savani De Silva (PMP®, SAFe®, CSM®, CSPO®), Senior Project Manager, and Kalana Dias (PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe®, CGMA), Associate Director – Delivery, led a hands-on workshop on inclusive leadership and agility in hybrid work environments.
