🚀 Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of the Republic of Slovenia Nataša Pirc Musar, who is on an official visit to Kazakhstan, visited the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). 📢 The Presidents were briefed on the structure and main areas of activity of the financial centre. 🔺 The total volume of investments attracted through the AIFC platform has reached $14.4 billion: 🔺$7.1 billion – Portfolio investments on the Astana International Exchange - AIX; 🔺$7.3 billion – Investments from AIFC participants. 🌏 Approximately 3,700 companies from over 80 countries are registered at the AIFC. 🔷 The heads of state were informed about the work of the AIFC Court – the first judicial system in Central Asia based on common law principles and precedents, as well as the International Arbitration Centre.

🚀 The TABYS mobile investment app, developed by Astana International Exchange - AIX in 2020 as a social initiative to promote financial literacy, is now entering its next stage of #growth. To expand users’ access to a wider range of #investment products and enhance its infrastructure, Teniz Capital Investment Banking has joined as a private partner. 🎉 Since its #launch, TABYS has provided aspiring #investors in Kazakhstan with access to exchange-traded notes (ETNs), IPOs and SPOs of national companies, and selected private bond issues. Now, with a licensed AIFC-registered broker onboard, the platform will offer an even broader selection of #investment instruments, including AIX-listed #stocks and #bonds, international markets, and enhanced analytical tools. 👇 What stays the same? • AIFC retains full control of the project, ensuring strong governance. • Client accounts remain securely held at the AIX Central Securities Depository (AIX CSD). • No additional registration is required for existing users—only future #updates in line with broker regulations. 🔹 Yernar Zhanadil, Chairman of the AIFC Authority Management Board, will join the Board of Directors of Tabys Ltd. as an AIFC representative, reinforcing AIFC’s commitment to investor protection, transparency, and regulatory compliance. Moreover, two of our key institutions— Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA) and Astana International Exchange - AIX —are led by Evgenia Bogdanova and Assel Mukazhanova respectively. This reflects our commitment to equality: women make up 59% of our team, and 56% of managerial positions are held by women—clear evidence that talent and leadership at AIFC are driven by expertise and dedication, not gender.
