Talent Management Manager at Texas Instruments Korea, Taiwan, and South Asia
As a Talent Development Business Partner at TI, you will own and drive the talent development strategy for your assigned organization or region/country/site. You will work to align stakeholders, generate and implement plans that turn strategy into action, while ensuring business needs remain at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute talent development strategies aligned with organizational needs
Partner with HR and leaders to identify, create and execute strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities
Manage performance management processes and learning systems implementation
Provide consultation on training needs through analysis and partnership with relevant stakeholders
Support enterprise-wide development programs and ensure proper implementation
Protect and manage talent data according to CIP guidance
Drive nomination processes and talent progression for assigned organization/region
Facilitate high-impact business-focused activities and leadership development initiatives
Support new leader integration processes and development
Create and maintain success profiles and talent development infrastructure
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
2 years’ relevant experience in Training/Development or HRBP
Preferred Qualifications
Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational needs
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
Strong project management skills
Experience with talent data analysis and reporting
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful development programs
Strong consulting and facilitation skills
Experience with leadership development and coaching
