Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and Bi-lingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Japanese/English) with hands on expertise in taking ownership and managing the full end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be a successful technical recruiter with experience working across various technical roles within the Japanese market
Success in this role requires strong business partnering skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure the recruitment process aligns with organisational goals and talent strategies. This role is crucial to the growth of our Japanese office.
While previous experience in recruiting Salesforce profiles and working in a multinational consulting or agency environment is not mandatory, it would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
- Lead the recruitment process by identifying and engaging with high-potential candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and alternative recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and talent strategies.
- Utilise advanced selection methods and ATS systems to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and effective decision-making.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement to ensure successful onboarding.
- Analyse recruitment data to generate insights and drive continuous process improvements.
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives, including talent management, performance management, and organisational development.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in recruitment with a proven track record of placing senior-level candidates across diverse departments.
- Expertise in recruitment and selection tools, HR marketing, and lead generation techniques.
- Strong proficiency in advanced interviewing techniques and recruitment analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies, including social media and market research.
- Ability to effectively assess and select candidates using predictive methods and tools.
- Deep understanding of the IT industry, including trends and software development tools.
- Proficiency with ATS systems like Zoho Recruit and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
