Responsibilities:

Maintain compliance with local employment laws and practices.

Keep abreast of market trends and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

3+ years of recruitment experience, within Japan.

Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English.

Strong understanding of Japan's employment landscape and legal requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Proficient in recruitment software and social media platforms.
