As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our growing ecommerce team at TikTok, you will collaborate with hiring managers and sourcers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate. The ideal candidate will identify qualified candidates to ensure we have a great candidate pipeline for our roles.
What you will Do 1. Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. 2. Successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs for the team. 3. Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals. 4. Act as the employer branding champions to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent the company's culture in a meaningful way 5. Use data to create a narrative around hiring, diversity & inclusion, candidate experience, and team communication & collaboration. 6. Dive deep into data and root cause issues. Proactively identify and solve problems. 7. Partner with HR tools team to develop reports, analysis, and presentations for business review and decision-making.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - At least 5 years of TA experience in the hi-tech industry, with experience of in-house TA. - Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management. - Proficiency in English & Japanese, for the communication with external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience negotiating complex compensation packages. - Conduct market research and able to use mapping or talent insight report to make impact on recruitment progress. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. - A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks. Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment; Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
