About Position

As our core FinTech business continues to grow, we are seeking Software Engineers (Infra/DevOps) to lead the development and modernization of our clients' financial digital products! In this expanding division, we provide high-quality FinTech solutions in the following areas:

• Core Banking System Development Support
• FinTech Service Development Support (including app development, API solutions, etc.)
• In-house System Development Support and Consulting

Responsibilities

• Product development support and implementation of in-house solutions
• Design, implementation, and operation of cloud infrastructure using Azure and GCP
• Development and management of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Software testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading
• Understanding and application of best practices for security and data protection
• Creation of technical documentation

Note: The role primarily focuses on infrastructure, but also includes some DevOps tasks.

Requirements

▼Must Qualifications

• Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Extensive experience with one of the following: Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Proficient in Terraform or OpenTofu for Infrastructure as Code
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container management and orchestration
• Experience in DevSecOps, with a focus on automation, and security
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and the ability to design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant systems
• Experience with modern observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
• Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate operational tasks

▼Nice to have

• Certification in one of the following: Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Experience with PaC (policy as code)
• Daily conversational or business level English

Many of our employees are parents, and the average overtime is less than 11 hours per month, providing a work environment that ensures a healthy balance between professional and personal life.

Salary

Around 5,000,000 to 11,000,000 yen per year

• Annual salary includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours per month.

年俸 500万円〜1100万円程
