Senior MLOps Engineer

About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to lead the deployment, optimization, and monitoring of LLMs in production environments. You'll collaborate closely with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure efficient model performance while implementing best practices in observability, automation, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain scalable pipelines for deploying LLMs with low-latency inference.
* Use tools like Hugging Face and MLFlow for seamless model integration and management.
* Implement monitoring frameworks to ensure model reliability and performance.
* Optimize cloud and on-premise infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align project objectives and deployment strategies.

Required skills:
* 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related fields.
* Strong background in deploying and managing large-scale AI models.
* Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
* Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
* Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills:
* Experience in Generative AI and prompt engineering.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Opsgenie.
* Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud environments.
* Experience working with BigQuery or other data engineering tools.
