Senior Inside Sales Representative - Japan
We're looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative candidate with experience in navigating intricate sales cycles, to join our team in Tokyo, Japan (hybrid work model).
You will report to the Country Manager, Japan.
You will manage and execute outbound multi-channel prospecting, and drive opportunity creation to meet or exceed sales targets.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
Manage and implement outbound multi-channel prospecting strategy. Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer engagement to exceed assigned sales targets
Drive opportunity creation, deal progression, and closure of new business within defined account segmentation
Own and manage sales excellence in forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM opportunity management
Execute upon go-to-market strategy to identify incremental pipeline gains and revenue within whitespace accounts
Align and collaborate with sales ecosystem (Field Sales, Pre-Sales, Partner Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and Renewals) to implement go-to-market strategy
Prompt and accurate documentation of customer contact and activity data in SFDC, including details such as names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product specifics, sales stages, probability, business challenges, and future commitments
Lead demand generation and promote campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch to post-launch analysis
Prepare and conduct virtual presentations with customer decision makers and influencers.
Attend training to develop and implement the right behaviors, attitude and techniques to exceed sales goals
Work towards exceeding assigned business, pipeline and revenue goals while ensuring a customer first approach

Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles and closing deals
Knowledge of navigating business organization structures, buying influences and purchasing processes
Role Essentials
College degree and/or equivalent experience
3+ years Sales/Lead Generation experience with at least 2 years in a closing role
Previous experience in telesales is essential.
