As part of the Sales Team, the executive is responsible for achieving the sales target in the assigned area and KPI set by the team leader, by developing and maintaining a close relationship with the different sales channels in the assigned territory.



Responsibilities


  • Achieving sales target in the assigned area
  • Prepare annual strategic plan for market development using available marketing and sales data to analyze assigned territory. Through ongoing monitoring and use of available data to evaluate current accounts, develop recommendations for rapid reaction to changes in the market's economy and trends
  • Analyze potential of identified revenue sources
  • Develop incentive plans for prospective accounts. Negotiate and close contracts and incentive agreements with prospective accounts
  • Maintain regional BSP sales performance, keep communication with agents to gather local market intelligence, including agents data analysis, sales calls, sales plan, and sales follow up
  • Increase market share and revenue, create company value and customer perception, enhance brand and market awareness



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the airline and travel industry: familiarity with fares, ticketing and GDS
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in Japanese and English is a must, spanish is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel in Japan and overseas
