Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage critical transition and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering projects, aligning with organizational goals, and ensuring seamless transitions and transformations across processes, systems, and teams.

What you will do:

· Develop a detailed project plan, schedule, and timeline

· Assign deliverables to relevant functions and ensure they are completed on time

· Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to Program Manager.

· Communicate with stakeholders about the project's progress, problems, and solutions.

· Manage project documentation, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

· Take part in external vendor meetings along with the functional leads to track the project deliverables.

· Update the budget, schedule, and resources related to the project in the Colt Clarizen, Fieldglass, and other relevant tools.

What we’re looking for:

· Experience in managing transition projects, ideally in Telecom.

· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience with project management tools.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

· PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
