• プロジェクトの開始、計画、実施、完了を管理する。
• 定期的なプロジェクト状況の更新、要件管理、問題解決、顧客からのフィードバックへの対応を通じて、顧客のニーズと期待を管理する。
• すべての利害関係者とプロジェクトの目的と要件を共有し、同意を得る。
• スコープを定義し、プロジェクトパラメータを見積もることにより、プロジェクトの効果的な計画を策定する。
• プロジェクトリスクを特定し、緩和策を計画し、コンティンジェンシープランを明確にする。
• プロジェクトにおける手法、ツール、テクニックの適切な使用を保証する。
• プロジェクト計画に従ってプロジェクトを管理し、コスト、品質、スケジュールを管理する。
• プロジェクトの進捗状況報告書を作成し、上司、顧客、その他の利害関係者に公表する。
• 英語力 流暢な文章力／読解力、会話力
• To manage project execution through initiation, planning, implementation and closure
• Manages customer needs and expectations, through regular project status updates, requirements management, issue resolution, and acting on customer feedback
• Shared project objectives and requirements with all the stakeholders and gets concurrence
• Develop an effective plan for the project by defining the scope and estimation of project parameters
• Identifies project risks, plans mitigation strategies, and articulates contingency plan
• Ensures appropriate use of methods, tools, and techniques in the project
• Manages project as per the project plan keeping track of cost, quality, and schedule.
• Prepares progress status reports of the project and published them to the supervisor, customers, and other stakeholders
• English: Fluent in writing/reading, Proficient in conversation
