Responsibilities :
Collaborate with global stakeholders to optimise and leverage talent across the organization.
Lead talent review processes and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
Design and maintain key HR operations, including Learning & Development (L&D) and employee programs.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and proactively mitigate risks in daily employee management.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and collaboration.
Manage and contribute to a variety of global and local projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications :
Knowledge of and experience in HR programmes, operations, and project management
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in both Japanese and English
Industry experience in financial services or other sectors offering intangible products

Salary range :
