Job title - HR Business Partner Japan & Korea

Job Summary
A HR Business Partner Japan & Korea who will provide comprehensive support to our team in Japan and Korea by acquiring, retaining and developing talents in the country. You will work closely with the leaders and employees by understanding their unique needs and business objectives then provide solutions on human resource programs and practices in support of those objectives.
An ability to initiate and implement HR business processes in a structured way that positively impact the business’ ability to perform successfully is key in this role.
Specific Responsibilities
Assist in handling full spectrum of Human Resources services;
Maintain and update information on Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including e-leave management;
Support the payroll for Japan and Korea, such as tax, monthly payroll and pension.
Calculate balance of paid holiday and submit to finance for the accrual
Identify training needs and deliver training programs;
Recruit and support Japan and Korea region
Organizing employee relations activities like company party, volunteer activities, outdoor activities, etc; and
Carry out ad hoc projects as assigned.

Compliance; ensure compliance with business systems, processes, certification schemes, regulations and legislation relevant to the scope of your role. Support internal quality controls and audits to demonstrate compliance.
Job Holder Requirements
Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or related discipline;
At least 3 years’ experience in MNC company;
Well versed in Japan and Korea Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances;
Hands on experience in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) will be an advantage;
Able to work independently, good team player, self driven, high attention to details and accuracy, strong analytical skill, well organized, and strong interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Japanese Word Processing; and
Good command of both written and spoken Japanese and English
You will have 30 hours overtime which is including in Compensation
