A leading company in the industry having a strong global presence among Japanese financial institutions. The mission is to contribute to the promotion of DX in cooperation with Business users, with agile development of "Made in Japan" quality utilizing the latest technology. Engineers are flexibly involved with a wide variety of in-house development and projects. Communication within the team is in Japanese and sometimes in English as it is made up of multinational members.

ウエルスマネジメントビジネス関連システムの提案・開発・運用を担うチームに開発者として参画していただきます。 ビジネスユーザーと直接会話をしながら、現場のニーズを直に反映した本当に価値のあるシステムの構築に取り組んでいただきます。

開発手法は、スピードを重視したアジャイル開発を採用しています。 マイクロマネジメントではなく、各チームメンバーが自らタスクを決定し、自律性と責任をもって開発を行っています。 東京を起点に、グローバルで実装するためのクライアントおよび Web ベースのアプリケーションの両方の新規および保守のアプリケーション開発の管理し、ソリューションはすべて自社開発によるDevOpsを利用したAgileな方法論を適用します。

コミュニケーションは主に日本語で行うため、日本語のスキルは必須となります。 英語のスキルは必須ではありませんが、海外チームと協業する際に使うことがあります。 英語に自信が無い方でも、英語にチャレンジしていきたい方は是非ご応募ください。

You will join as a developer in a team responsible for proposing, developing, and supporting systems for Wealth Management Business in Japanese. You will work directly with business users to build truly valuable systems that directly reflect the needs of the field.

Our project management is agile for quick implementation. Rather than micromanagement, every team member decides their own tasks and develops with autonomy and responsibility. Management of new and mid-stage application development of both client and web based applications for global implementation, driven from Tokyo. Solutions are all centered on total in-house development methodology.

Communication with business users will be primarily in Japanese, so Japanese language skills are essential. English skills are not required, but may be used when collaborating with overseas teams. Even if you are not confident in your English skills, we encourage you to apply if you would like to try your hand at English.

• Java、Python等を用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験（４年以上）
• 日本語はビジネスレベル
• ビジネスユーザーとの要件定義の経験
• Web application development skill using Java, Python etc (Over 4 years)
• Japanese communication skill (Business level)
