• お客さま、代理店、社内の事務プロセスを最適化する。
• オペレーション部門管下組織の品質向上・業務効率化および業務遂行管理を行う。
  
  

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• お客さま、代理店、営業店の声を積極的に取り入れ、プロセスの最適化、効率化を図る。
• 代理店・営業店の対応品質向上施策、業務量の削減施策を実行する。
• バックオフィス業務の改善により、業務量削減を実行する。
• 営業部支店、本社関連部門、およびステークホルダーを含む対外折衝を担う。
• 課の運営を補佐し、グループ/チームメンバーへ指導・助言をする。
