Show-room handling specialist (entry level to Specialist level)

he /she will report to local logistics and will be responsible for:

1. Physical product & sample handling for all PR activities: receiving, allocation, registering on loaning system, packing/unpacking, shipping/loaning (both domestic/overseas), invoice making; daily job allocation and priorities handling will be driven by the Communication team

2. To keep the showroom/stockroom according to the company quality standards

3. PR Gift stock handling and management (receiving, unpacking, inspecting, SAP data processing)

4. Using SAP to record stock in/out movement of products and samples to keep consistency between physical and stock data; cycle count will be also part of the task

5. Physical stock take and inventory posting on SAP

6. Sample sale related tasks: creating sample sale list and sample data management, changing stock data from products into samples, shipping unsold samples to the warehouse

7. Order supplies (shoppers, cardboard boxes, gift boxes, garment rolls, etc.) for sample loaning and shipping
