The Opportunity
We are seeking an HR Specialist for our Akihabara office. This position works closely with the CEO to support employees in our Japan, Hawaii, and Korea offices, ensuring they thrive in a well-equipped work environment. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of emotional intelligence, finds fulfillment in supporting the company's and employees' growth and expansion, and is passionate about building strong relationships with team members. This role offers the opportunity to gain diverse experience and skills across a wide range of HR functions, including labor management, recruitment, cultural programs, and office administration while working in a global environment.
Responsibilities
Labor Management (Payroll processing, social insurance procedures, attendance management)
Global Employee Management (Managing hires from Korea, the UK, and other regions)
Collaboration and Negotiation with Vendors Providing Office Management Services
Qualifications
HR Experience: 3 years+ (Experience across various HR functions such as labor management, recruitment, and training is a plus)
Language Skills: Native-level Japanese, Business-level English
Strong Communication Skills: Particularly high emotional intelligence (EQ)
Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of addressing various employee concerns and providing solutions
Proactive Approach: Able to identify challenges, propose improvements, and take initiative in tasks
Team Player: Works collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Hiring for the Game or Publishing Industry
Experience in Recruiting Engineering Talent
Experience in Hiring Sales and Marketing Professionals in Japan
Experience in Managing and Operating HR Systems (such as HR labor management tools like freee, performance evaluation systems, and training management systems)
A Passion for Games and Manga
Knowledge of Traditional Japanese Culture

Based on experience and skills. The salary includes a fixed overtime allowance of 45 hours. Transportation expenses are provided for office commuting days.
