Job Description

営業部の紹介

リテール＆トランスポーテーション営業部は、全国の主要キーアカウントに対して、グラフィックス製品、建築建材製品、清掃用品を販売しています。

担当エリアのブランドオーナーや主要流通に対してスペックイン活動を行い、市場創出やアプリケーションの開拓を進めます。

業界No.1のシェアと高い知名度を持ち、海外製品に加えて多くの国産製品も取り扱っています。

営業部は約30名で構成され、若手からベテランまでバランスよく配置されています。

主な業務内容

• 担当キーアカウントへのスペックイン活動
• 担当特約店、プロジェクトにおける売上目標の達成およびマネジメント
• 成長プログラム（例：展示会、説明会、Webinar）の計画と実施
• 顧客ニーズのヒアリングと最適なソリューション（例：製品、施工方法）の提案
• 主要案件の需要情報把握と納期調整
• 新規顧客開拓および既存顧客のフォローアップ
• 関係者と連携した新製品の市場導入支援と拡販

応募条件

必須条件:

• 最終学歴四大卒以上（専攻問わず）
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル（読・書・聴・話）
• 営業もしくはマーケティング経験3年以上

• サイン業界、飲食業界などへの営業経験者
• マルチカルチャーなコミュニケーションの経験者
• 普通自動車運転免許
