【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for managing web application development projects, primarily large-scale projects for major clients across various industries and company sizes.
At the company, project managers are expected to take the lead in delivering successful outcomes by working closely with members across functions—including directors and designers—while also contributing to areas such as UI/UX design and architecture selection. Depending on your experience, you may also be involved in the full cycle from project proposal through to client acquisition.
Development methodologies include both waterfall and agile, allowing you to gain experience at various development speeds based on your preferences and strengths.
▼Planning and Proposal Phase
Create estimates, prepare proposals, and conduct presentations based on RFPs.
▼Client Communication
Coordinate regular meetings, select system architecture, and create documentation such as requirement definitions and basic design specifications.
▼Project Management
Oversee project progress, team assignments, issue tracking, quality assurance, and code/design reviews.
Depending on the project, you may also manage external vendors.
▼Release
Provide post-release support, including delivery follow-up and maintenance/operations.
